Low investment, high output, low consumption, less emission and recycling, and sustainable industrialization are the main battlefields of Qinghai's development of circular economy.
 
From 2011 to 2013, 157 projects were organized and implemented in Qinghai province. In addition, 8 of the 12 new dry cement enterprises have completed or close to completion of the waste heat power generation and utilization projects, accounting for more than 80% of the existing large-scale new dry cement production lines in the province.

Structural adjustment and industrial upgrading
 
"12th Five-Year" is the key period for the accelerated development of Qinghai's economy and the accelerated transformation of the industry.
